We encourage all of our guests to dress to impress. Trilogy is Hereford’s biggest and most stylish multi-room nightclub, and we want your night to feel like an occasion.
Smart & Stylish Attire: Partywear, going-out clothes, and fashionable looks are always encouraged.
Footwear: Trainers are permitted as long as they are clean and fashion-focused. Work boots and worn gym shoes may be refused.
Not Permitted: Workwear, tracksuits, excessively baggy clothing, offensive slogans, or anything deemed inappropriate for a nightclub environment.
Caps & Hoods: Not allowed inside the venue for safety and identification reasons.
Fancy Dress: Welcome for themed nights and celebrations, but must be respectful, safe, and not offensive. Toy weapons or anything that could cause alarm will not be allowed.
Ultimately, management reserves the right to refuse entry based on appearance if it does not meet our venue standards. If in doubt, go smart.
Age Restrictions: Trilogy is strictly an 18+ venue. Valid photo ID is required for every guest, no exceptions (passport, driving licence, or PASS-accredited card).
Opening Hours & Last Entry: We are open until 4am, with last entry at 1:00am sharp. Please arrive in good time to avoid disappointment.
Admission Policy: Right of admission is always reserved. Any guest displaying rude, aggressive, disrespectful, or intoxicated behaviour may be refused entry or asked to leave.
Searches on Entry: To ensure the safety of all customers and staff, our door team may conduct bag checks and personal searches on arrival. Any refusal to comply will result in denied entry.
Cloakroom Facilities: A staffed cloakroom is available – we recommend using it for coats, bags, and large items. Trilogy cannot take responsibility for items left unattended in the venue.
Trilogy takes the safety and well-being of our guests extremely seriously. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy towards:
Illegal drugs and substances
Violence or aggression of any kind
Harassment or unwanted attention
Hate speech or discriminatory behaviour
Vandalism or damage to the venue
Anyone found in possession, using, or attempting to supply drugs will be refused entry, immediately removed from the premises, and reported to the police. We work closely with local authorities to maintain a safe, drug-free environment.
Trilogy employs professional resident photographers and videographers to capture the energy, atmosphere, and memories of your night out. These images and videos are regularly published on our website and social media channels as part of our weekly event albums.
By entering the venue, you agree that any photographs or videos taken may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in published content, simply avoid posing for the camera. Our team will always respect your choice.
